Local radio is saying that Al Davis has told Tom Cable that unless he is willing to work with and outline a plan to develop JaMarcus Russell into a good quarterback then he will be fired.

i wonder if cable feels like a contestant on the biggest loser? al has clearly lost it, russel is a bust, he needs to just ship his ass out to see and then try to not pay him like he did with everyone else. Jamrcus isnt smart enough to hire the right lawyers to ever get his money anyways and Al knows how to tie up the case so he will never get paid. maybe then russel will snap and kill Al and it will be a win win for everyone. Russel will be in prison, unable to lose games at QB for oakland, and al will no longer have control over the team.
