That's according to WFAN's Francessa who said despite what Reid has said publicly, the organization is really high on Kolb and will look to deal McNabb by draft day.

Plus, McNabb has 1-year left and will want a big extension.

McNabb to the 49ers makes the most sense IMO. They have two firsts and McNabb, at 33 years old and one year left on his deal, certainly wouldn't require the booty that Jay Cutler got the Broncos.

I think it would be a mistake to trade McNabb, because the Eagles are not a rebuilding team.
This is a championship-calibre team that just needs better playcalling and a few pieces on D.
Trading him now would just be stupid.
I am not knocking Kolb, but he's the guy I'd trade (assuming he has good trade value). If he doesn't have good trade value, you just keep him for the year left on his deal, play McNabb ... and if McNabb still can't get it done, you have Kolb.
