Rex reason for starting Lowery over Sheppard he said Lowery was the better match up. O Rly? So I guess if Sheppard was out there Garcon and Collie would have got 30 catches each right.

Oh, so it was one of those contrived "Let's make up something to get us mad" type of deals.

Like the Vikings blaming the Cowboys for the media being all over the jocks a week ago.

it showed a lot that they didn't bother going to Sheppard to replace Lowery.

Congrats to the Colts. They played better then us today. What a crushing loss.

The graphic said to "go to the Super Bowl" because what if Stover never got on the field? You can't assume right?

                I guess so

Rex did take a shot at the Colts fans and said the team disrespected them by benching the starters in week 16 though . They also said they would rattle and hit Manning and sold AFC Champion gear on the team site on Wednesday.

All of this could have added up to Mannings comments

I don't think it was contrived, Manning legitimately dislikes trash talking and showboating. I remember a game or two ago he was getting at Don Brown after a first down for celebrating too much.

Okay so, once again, I watched Peyton Manning and could not help but think to myself "This is the greatest QB ever."

He is just ridiculously good. My brother made the comment that he's so good and so machine-like, it doesn't even look like he has fun playing. At this point, he's just some kind of freak computer that was programmed to play football.

I absolutely love watching him and will be rooting for the Colts 100% in the Superbowl.

For me, Unitas and Joe Cool were the best, but Peyton is approaching their company.

Am I the only one who gets a big 08' Ravens vibe coming from this Jets team? I remember after last year a bunch of people were predicting the Ravens would be one of the favorites this year. I've heard some of the same sentiments

Both teams are similar on offense and defense. Both had a rookie HC and QB. Both were 6 seeds that went to the AFC CG.

This must just be in man because Manning completed 26 passes not 20
