Many scouts believe he'll be converted to corner due to his size.

Your rankings aren't bad. I'd have a few players ranked higher but overall not bad

I should add.. these aren't my ratings.. I just threw these up to show the players that will be likely drafted.

I will throw that on the first post.

Kam Chancellor is not a FS. He an Aaron Rouse clone IMO.

Damn solid work so far. Kind of early, but I can see you've put some effort into this.

I was about to point out that Chad Jones was a FS in college, but then I realized your projecting their next level positions. Also, with how deep the class is at free, he's better off projecting as a strong anyway. Plus he's like 230 lbs., but not in a Taylor Mays I suck at football kind of way. So why are you keeping Mays at FS but not Jones?

I'm glad there are other people out there who think Taylor Mays sucks at football.

Chad Jones is the only pick I liked for the Chiefs in VSN's mock draft.

He'd be a good addition for the Royals too if they need a good lefty out of the pen.

Ultimately I expect Chad Jones to play baseball. He only declared for the NFL Draft as a formality I think

Meh, I think he's better as a football player. For all the hype he got about his CWS performance, which was clutch as hell, he's still more of a college pitcher. He tops out at 87-88 and really only has a slider to go along with it (it's a killer slider but still). Supposedly he's got amazing power too but LSU's outfield was so loaded that by the time he was done with spring practice he was relegated to bench status. Luckily he kept begging to pitch late in the year.

If it were up to me, I'd probably not have Mays at safety at all.. but then again he's a terrible tackler so I don't think he'd be a good LB either.

Taylor Mays, as a pure athlete, is one of the best in this draft. But as a safety he needs a ton of work. But I think his pure athletic abilities will overrate him pretty severely.
