What are you talking about? Cutler was easily the 3rd best AFC QB last year behind Manning & Rivers. Since they expanded the pro bowl rosters to have 3 QBs, I don't understand your point (if you have any). Cutler led all AFC QBs in passing yardage by a very wide margin. He was obviously deserving of a pro bowl spot.

I think Pennington is more deserving than Favre, but not Cutler. Cutler was essentially the only thing going for the Broncos. Pennington relied on a strong defense and run game. He threw for about 1000 yards less than Cutler.
