In three more games than Hester,Rice and Austin were targeted 30 and 33 more times,repectively.

And Hester is a worse WR than both those guys so it doesn't matter. I'd take Rice or Austin for 13 games rather than having Hester for 16.

.Hester averaged 13.3 yards a catch. Say he played another 3 games averaging his 5 catches a game for 13.3 yards per catch. What do ya know,that puts him right around around 70 catches and 1,000 yards. Not bad for a guy that can't play the position.

Inflated stat projection seeing as the Bears had NO run game and if Cutler is forced to have Hester as his #1 then it makes sense that Hester should put up SOME stats...even if empty and not impressive.

.Nearly half of Cutler's interceptions came in the red zone. Would it be safe to say we could tack on a couple more touchdowns to Hester's stats?

On what planet is Hester a red zone threat?


Let's also not forget that Aromoshodu came in when Hester got hurt and IMMEDIETLY out performed him....and it wasn't even close.
