He knows he's over the hill and beat up, and he knows the only thing missing on his resume is a ring. I know it wouldn't be his first choice, but Baloney and Addai are terrible, he could start for either team.

no he couldn't start in Indy. The Colts are happy with Addai and then we have last years first round pick in Brown backing him up. Then after that we have Hart ... who Manning and Polian really like. Wasting money on a position we don't need would be pointless. (not to mention how much money we have invested in Addai and Brown )

Agreed 100 percent. He could be a quality backup, or he could possibly start. LT is on the same level as both backs.

Plus you have to factor in Addai's superior pass blocking/blitz pickups and receiving ability (at this point in their careers)

Ya, that's certainly likely with the NFL's eighth all-time NFL rusher, second in touchdowns, gone.

Sproles has proven he can't carry this team... So who are they drafting?

On the rare occassion when the Chargers give Sproles 15+ carries, he usually ends up with 120+ yards. I'm not saying that Sproles has proven anything, but I think he merits a look. It would be interesting to have Sproles carry the ball more often and have Hester take over the short-yardage role.

Plus the willingness to actually do the little things, and the ability to not be a Streisand.

Tomlinson used to be one of my favorite players (at TCU), then he became vastly overrated and whined all the time.

Then he disappeared during the playoffs, continued to whine, and continued to be vastly overrated.

It's bad enough, that I think that given the choice, I'd still tell Dan Reeves to pull the trigger on that Vick for Tomlinson draft day deal.
