USC offers a scholarship to a 13 year old QB

The teen from Bear, Del., has committed to play at USC, according to his private quarterback coach Steve Clarkson.

The kid is a 7th grader from Delaware and Lane Kiffin already offered him a scholarship. I seriously doubt Kiffin will even be at USC when this kid is ready to go to college.

Maybe he has a lot of potential, other Kevin. Or maybe Lane's crazy. 50/50 chance it's both.

There is a better chance of this kid not even becoming a D-I QB than Kiffin leaving.

I don't recall saying anything about him leaving. I said he might be crazy.

This kid should be out getting handie J's at summer camp, not committing to college.

I wonder if Lane pulls his offer if the kid has a disappointing 8th grade season.

Good for the kid, he has college pretty much locked up now.

Agreed. I just hope he grows into a bigger body and stronger arm.

I could use his legs for toothpicks...

or to clean dried up blood from the crevices of my gun after pistol whipping someone.

I'll bet this kid gets more upper classwoman trim than any high school QB for the next 4 years.
