Fuck, does this mean I won't get to see players acting stupid and celebrating after a tackling the running back on a 30 yard gain?

Reminds me of Dre Bly celebrating after making an interception when he still has like 70 yards to go to the endzone, fumbling and losing the ball.

The rule should be "Taunts and celebrations must take place after, not before, a touchdown. Celebrations must not be in excess of eight seconds."
