Nah, I mean according to the OP. If the Rams take Pennington, who takes Vick? If not the Rams...

Sharper is staying a saint most likely for the rest of his career(2 years). He showed good ability to still get to the ball and make something happen when he does get it. I think the saints will draft a safety this year and let them watch sharper and learn from him while they ride bench for a year or two.Comment

With all the free agency restrictions, might not be able to do all that, so top priority IMO should be getting somebody next to Ellis, because when/if he goes out injured, the interior of our DL goes to absolute shit.Comment

No offense... I don't want him. I'd rather start fresh with someone like Derrick Morgan or Brandon Graham. Peppers has maybe 3-5 good years left in the tank.

Yeah, priorities this offseason should be, in no particular order: a big body to put next to Sed Ellis, possible replacement for Charles Grant, start getting younger at OLB and acquire Sharper's eventual replacement (if he's not already on the roster -- Jenkins or Usama Young, who I think could be a solid safety).

Okay. What about this... Who are la Panteras going after? Vick? McNabb? Pennington? Delhomme's getting replaced... But by whom.
I think Vick would be a good fit, because he wouldn't have to carry the team on his own with their great running game.Comment

Yeah I think Carolina would be a great fit for him, but they have Matt Moore who proved himself down the stretch last year and will most likely be the guy going into next year. I think Vick ends up in Buffalo, they tried to go after him last year, but the Eagles stepped up, plus I think with Gailey being the coach, he will want a QB who can scramble. He would have decent receivers, two pretty good running backs, so he'd be ok, and if they draft a LT, he could actually put up good numbers. So I think Carolina would be his best fit, but I think in all reality Buffalo will snag him.Comment
