We're relaunching the Mock Offseason.

Due to a vast lack of interest we are going to scrap our first attempt at this and making a new one. Instead of 32 owners who more than half aren't active we will be doing 16 owners of 32 teams. For some of you retards, that's two teams a person. This is open to new people but people that already have teams will get first dibs.
