He needs work and I LOL @ anyone saying Tebow will be better than Sanchez was this year, but then again Wildcard also tried to say Defensive tackles don't change the game so it's obvious he really doesn't have a fucking clue.

Like I said it will take him awhile, but I will not bet against the guy. If put into a favorable situation, I can see him being effective.

I never said Defensive Tackles don't change the game. Defensive Tackles can't do it alone though.

the idea is right, his throwing motion and release were horrible so any improvement is a plus, but I will wait to see him at his pro day to make a judgement. I will say that he needs to learn to speak a little slower and not try to say everything all at once.

His speaking skills will come in handy when negotiating with those pass rushers.

Urban didn't have to worry about that though, that's not up to the University of Florida to prepare him for the next level. If Tebow was content throwing that way, and Florida was winning they weren't going to changed.

Tebow could've went on his own and fixed them but Florida has no obligation to use resources to better prepare him for the next level.

they actually brought in the old QB coach from the Lions (forget his name) for Tebow's senior year to help improve his throwing motion and practice dropping back from under center... Meyer didnt like what he saw, so he ixnayed all of it and went back to the ol' trusty spread...

                  That's bullshit.

I guaran-fucking-tee you one of Urban's main recruiting pitches is literally "we will do everything we can to prepare you for the next level."

                  guaranteed.

I wouldn't say Tebow is a winner yet. He was a winner in the NCAA, but nobody can say he's a winner in the NFL yet. That said, anybody who has worked with and met him can't say enough about his work ethic, leadership ability, and all that jazz. If he can develop proper mechanics and put in the reps to make them second nature he'll be well on his way, and I have no doubt he won't put in the work. If he can get on a team that is willing to spend some time on him he'll do just fine. I'm sure by now the air is out of the balloon on Teabag for most of you, and nobody is expecting hall of fame production out of him. When he develops into a somewhat productive passer, or if he does, his athleticism, x-factor ability and leadership could be one hell of a dangerous combo. I say leadership because it's his best attribute IMO.

Probably not, but it will help him to avoid more than his fair share of wedgies and swirlies in the locker room. Right now he looks and sounds like Corky in his interviews.

I dont think tebow is a day 1 pick, but i wouldnt be surprised if someone took him that early.

In the late-60's, there was a running QB at the University of Colorado named Bobby Anderson. He was very similar to Tebow size and style-wise. He ended up being drafted by the Denver Broncos and was made a FB, whose main duty was to block for HB Floyd Little. Anderson eventually had to retire early due to injuries, but the 4 years he spent blocking for Little (1970-73) were Little's most productive years.

I think Tebow could be the same type of player as Bobby Anderson. I believe his future in the NFL would be as a blocker/occasional runner/occasional passer.

So essentially a gimic/wildcat player. I think I see the same team. Unless someone with an established started is willing to take a chance, seeing as they have time.

I am interested to watch his Pro-Day workouts. That will tell us a lot.
