Shit I was hoping if sharper walked we would get this guy. A sleeper in this FA period without a doubt.

Clark can hit, no doubt about it. His coverage is a little weak, but he is a decent safety, and for sure an upgrade over Gibril if they can sign him.Comment

He'll be a good fit and an upgrade over Wilson.
Actually, anyone would be an upgrade over him, that POS.

I like what Clark brings: relatively smart, athletic, and can hit. However, my worry is that this makes our safeties a lot like they were last year....both the same type! Once again both will be hitters who can attack the line of scrimmage and tackle, but neither very strong in pass coverage.
We seriously need a LB or S who can blanket TEs. If we had that last year we would have beat Atlanta, Indy, and New Orleans......no bullshit in that statement folks.Comment

Miami has Otogwe and Sharper to look at before completely giving up. If I was a Dolphin fan I'd be more happy about this news, Clark is a decent safety who has looked good cause of Polamalu. Sharper and Otogwe would be a lot of a bigger upgrade than Clark. So all you can do is hope one of them come to Miami or you get Earl Thomas in the 1st round.Comment

Miami (ie. Parcell's and Ireland) is not picking Earl Thomas at #12. If Berry falls for some reason, yes. Otherwise if Rolando McClain is there, he's the pick. If not, and CJ Spiller is there, I could see him being the pick. Ricky is retiring after next year, and Ronnie Brown will be 30 the following season and a free agent (Miami just opted out of his rookie contract final year and placed a 1st rounder, one-year tender on him to sae money).Comment
