Quinn will end up being the starter next year. The Browns will end up kicking themselves in the ass, and Mike Holmgren will be revealed to be a horrible GM... AGAIN.

Did you Bronco fans really think Orton was gonna lead you to the promise land? I like this trade. Quinn is still young and IMO hasn't really got a shot. Broncos run a zone scheme on offense so giving hillis up is no big deal. Watch all of you come back in December and say Broncos were so smart to make the deal lol

I think I'm going to start groaning anyone who tries telling me the Broncos still run a zone blocking scheme.

This thread is titled incorrectly, should be "Browns nab Peyton Hillis."

Another dipshit trying to speak like they are some NFL expert, but unfortunately you have no fucking clue what your talking about. You can't tell somebody how a player is going to do, or how a team will do when you don't even know how they block. Shut your fucking ass until you do some homework before you speak... Broncos fans are seriuz buziness. Glen and Goblin will kill you in your sleep if you don't hold your tongue.

Brady Quinn has some hope left, and this team/system could be the perfect fit.
they gave up a FB and a 6th roundpick in 2011 and a pick in 2012. That was a steal for denver. Shows the browns had no faith or interest in quinns ability or lack there of.

hopefully he can get some coaching from mcdanials...somthing he never got in cleveland....and turn around his career

It also not only considerably upgrades Denver's QB position (backup), it's going to force Orton to be better.

The conditional draft picks only come into play in terms of quality if Quinn actually makes a contribution, which will only further help Denver.

Quinn is a first round talent who had garbage QB coaching and offensive schemes in Cleveland, and if McDaniels can work wonders with Cassell as well as Orton, maybe he can do something with QUinn, who ran a very similiar offense to McDaniels' in college.
You seriously need to remove McD's dick from your mouth.

Really, you've been all over his junk since the Broncos hired him.

The guy has done nothing so far, with the Broncos!

He was NOT an upgrade from Shanahan more of a down grade.

Kyle Orton is a better QB right now and I don't know about you guys but I surely do want to win ASAP.

they gave up a player who was a spare part in the new bosses system and a 6th round pick (6th rounders sometimes dont even make the roster) for a guy who had some of the worst coaching this side of alex smith and has all the potential in the world to get his shit together in an organization that the browns couldnt hold the jock of. this isnt a steal for the broncos its a fucking heist

How can any broncos fan not like this? Quinn played on a miserable Browns teams, I wouldn't have expected him to do anything with no help. Now he comes into a good situation and can be groomed by McDaniels.

The Browns got straight ripped off

Now that I've cooled off, I want to make sure everyone noticed this retarded post. No surprise its from bcransom, he makes an ass out of himself every time he posts.

I think he's actually trying to compare Tatum Bell to Peyton Hillis. That's right he's comparing a 210 pound guy who ran a 4.34 to a 240 pound guy who ran a 4.6 forty; as if they have similar playing styles. Tatum Bell was a change of pace back at best, he couldn't run between the tackles at all. Hillis is just the opposite, he's a bruiser who punishes the defense. Tatum Bell went down if you laid a pinky finger on him, it took several tacklers to take Peyton Hillis down. And yet bcransom thinks they're the same mold of RB. Good lord is this guy ever retarded!

Not to mention several other differences, such as Bell's fumbling problem, his crappy hands etc. Compared to Hillis, whose had one career fumble and is an excellent receiving threat out of the backfield. The two players are nothing alike, and Bell is no where near Peyton's level.

Once again Bcransom makes a joke out of himself. Does he even watch NFL games? I'm surprised he hasn't posted: "This trade opens up a spot for the Broncos to sign Ladainian Tomlinson he'll be a great fit in their zone blocking scheme, which they still run. I know this because I watched one of their games two years ago!"

                          Peyton Hillis = beast

He was on my fantasy team two years ago when the Broncos had seven backs or something on IR and he put up numbers. Hopefully the Browns give him the ball.

I love Holmgren for everything he did in Seattle.. but in a week he's replaced Derek Anderson and Brady Quinn with Seneca Wallace and Jake Delhomme.
