Here's to one of the original AFL owners/coaches. As head coach from 1963 to 1965 he compiled a record of 23-16-3. An owner who hired the first black and hispanic head coaches in nfl history in Art Shell and Tom Flores. Under Art Shell in 1990 the Raiders went 12-4 and lost in the AFC Championship Game while Tom Flores won the Superbowl as head coach in 1983. Al Davis was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1992. Love ya Al. :yes:
