    Farve you Drama Queen

Well this didnt take long, the Jets should have known better.
According to Jets GM Mike Tannenbaum, the team would like to know Brett Favre's plans by the start of the free-agent signing period (Feb. 27), but they have not given him a deadline to make a decision.

Favre has the Jets in a tight spot. Although they have no realistic candidates to replace him if he retires, the $13 million in salary cap space is key to their offseason. On the other hand, they don't want to cut him and watch him go to the Vikes without compensation

Im sorry Favre fans but hes a bitch. I feel for any of your Jet fans, year in and year out. make up your mind or get the fuck out of the game already. he drags this shit on every year. is it fair for the Jets to go into the draft not knowing what Old Yeller is going to do. My god they need to make choices about draft picks and move on.

The Fucking Packers did the smartest thing ever. Although they had shitty record Rodgers was the only quaterback to throw for that many yards in his first year as a starter, the other guy you heard of him Peyton Manning. (who leads the GGML in INTS LOL)

Favre needs to leave football altogether. His legacy will be tarnished further if he comes back next year.

His legacy will not be tarnished at all. 5-10 years after he retires ppl will remember the glory days and not "Remember those last 2 years of Favre's career, Yea he sucks."

I think he should just retire though or get released and go to the Vikings. I don't think he should continue to play for the Jets though. It's not good for him or the Jets.

I used to love watching favre back in the "glory days" and no player in the nfl got more respect from me in the nfl at that time. He needs to retire tho , this is getting beyond dumb

yes sir this again. Started about a week into the playoffs and now that the season is over more and more.

They will never release him so he can go play in Minny. They need compensation for him.

                        thats great.

Favre really had a shitty season, take away 6 TDs in one game and what did he do?

No one will pay much compensation for him. Maybe like a 6th round pick but chances are he's going to be released if he comes back.

Brett is still playing better than many QB's out there. I don't see the problem with him coming back.

The media isn't to blame at all? Is it Brett's fault that every major sporting network this side of the Mississippi is simply nut-to-butt for him?
