he should definitely be suspended..But a whole season? Come on..

I haven't really kept up with the Jamarcus Russell situation..I know he was caught with the same substance. So what does this mean for him?

Jolly was caught with 200 grams. not 200 pills. like. 200 grams. that is ALOT of any controlled substance. theres even wikianswers on it.

A lot! Consider this: one Tylenol 3 with codeine contains only three milligrams of the drug. 3 milligrams is only 3/200,000 of 200 grams. I am a medical doctor but also take codeine for my Fibromyalgia. Tylenol 3 (generic is Acetaminophen with Codeine) contains 30mg (thirty milligrams) of codeine. 1000mg (milligrams) = 1 gram. which means 200 grams would be equal to taking 6,667 pills of Tylenol 3. This would kill any human no matter what the persons tolerance is.

so he got busted with something like 7,000 pills of drugs. it doesnt matter what the drug is. 7,000 is alot of fucking pills. Jamarcus was basically busted with a couple of bottles of nyquil. Johnny was making a major deal. Codeiene isnt my thing but judging by how tightly it is controlled in large amounts and the fact that its not something that drug cartels are going to smuggle into the country like heroin or cocaine, its probably not crazy to say 10-15 dollars a pill (or capsule or however you'd buy it) so we're talking about around 100 grand worth of drug dealing. he absolutely deserves the full year off.

Well, at least former Aggies are getting in on the act too.

Jolly gave us problems in that game last year.

            I'll take it.

First, let me be the first (I think) to let you know you still suck.

200 grams of any controlled substance is a significant crime. Read the article.

anyway, it's punishable by UP TO 20 years. There is little chance he will do that.

quite frankly 20 years for a common man for codeine is just as stupid.

the effort you'd go through to aquire that much is pretty staggering. i mean. you have to sign for this shit at a stores pharmacy. you have to cook it like crazy to isolate it from the aspirin. like i said, the big drug cartels arent smuggling it in large amounts, so it isnt common on the streets. this dude had to be pretty well connected to pull that level of drug deal off, so if it isnt the codeine, he was probably moving some other major shit too.

realistically speaking he'll do 6 or 7 on a 20 year bid, but still, this wasnt some street level dealer selling mexican dirt weed, this was big business.
