Whatever. At least the chick knew that she had no idea about football, and adjusted her wager accordingly (and ended up winning). I'd MUCH rather have that then some asshat know-it-all loser like who will argue to the death that Brett Favre's season with the Jets was much better than any of his seasons with Green Bay.

Who knew ram29jackson's name in real life was Meg Miller?

After watching it, I was more disappointed with double question marks guy. I mean you're the only guy on the panel, and you get tossed a bone with a sports related final question, and you don't even muster a guess?

        Weak.

Its not too surprising. I've been amazed how little some people know about sports. I work with a guy who knows nothing about sports...he couldn't even tell me what team Michael Jordan played for.

True. The more I think about it, the more I agree with you. The guy couldn't even come up with ONE NFL TEAM just as a guess? Really? Even people who live deep in the wastelands of Mexico could have guessed "Dallas Cowboys" (or, Los Boleros de Dallas).

And the lady was partially correct. I do not believe the Jacksonville Panthers have ever played in a Super Bowl.

Of course, no one remembers that futility of my Lions.

I think they have to wager before they get to answer. I say this because I asked the same question you did lol.

True, but they get to see the category before they place the wager. So the guy knew the category was "The Super Bowl", knew he couldn't name a single team in the NFL, yet he still wagered half his money. Its still "WTF?" in my opinion.

I've often wondered that, like how do you not follow any sports at all?

Like seriously... I know I've been a sports fan since I was really young and not everyone is that way, but seriously... to not know a single team... really? I can't imagine just not following any sports at all, not enough to even name a single NFL team. What do you do on Super Bowl Sunday?

                              Way to take a compliment.
