Colt Brennan cemented himself as a career third string QB when he lost to Georgia in that bowl game.

He was never going to be the Oakland starter. That's Jason Campbell's job. He was competing for a backup job.

He should go play for either the Sacramento Mountain Lions or Las Vegas Locomotives. Problem is, he would have to beat out Daunte Culpepper to start for the Mountain Lions. The Locomotives are defending their title, but he could battle Tim Rattay for the start.

Yeah, I hear the Florida Tuskers are looking for a QB to back up Brooks Bollinger.

Ya, 3-13. You realize that'd be worst than we did last year. Even for the Raiders, it'd be difficult to lose fifteen games again with an improved defense and a quarterback about 10 times better than the guy he's replacing.

I think Oakland surprises a bit this year. The rest of the division is down and the team has low expectations going in. Defense should be decent and the offense will definitely be improved.

You should've just stopped right there. That's the only response to Fox's statement.

He needs to go to the CFL where wide open passing attacks are still successful. It's where all the Texas Tech QBs go to die.
