    2010 NCAA/NFL Season Predictions

    USC Trojans

    11-2; Pacific Ten Champions

I don't know that this will happen, but it could. I want to say undefeated, but that's just way too optimistic... So, I'm gonna say 11-2 with losses at Stanford and Oregon State.

    Oakland Raiders

    7-9; 2nd-place AFC West

This one is optimistic. It is contingent upon the Chiefs and the Broncos not pulling together for second place and the Raiders improving just as much as Bleacher Report (lol) thinks they will.

    ---

    NFL MVP: Peyton Manning

Super Bowl Champs: Colts over Vikings

    Heisman: Mark Ingram

National Champs: Alabama over Ohio State

    ---

You guys'? I know there are prediction threads, but most of them are from forever ago, so I wanted to consolidate them into one...

While the team predictions don't have too much thought put into them, the champion/award picks are really crapshoot guesses.

I can see Michigan going 8-4 but who knows with this team.

He's only slightly more retarded than, say, Jamie Dukes or Skip Bayless.

I agree with Jamie Dukes... Maybe Michael Irvin. Bayless is more like a R2J type. (Which is not to say he's not retarded, just that he's more of a condescending troll.)

                        Realistically?
NCAA - Florida makes bowl game but loses in SEC Championship Game to Bama beforehand.

Bama destroys any team that plays them in the BCS Game.

A few months later, Bama gets pimpslapped by the NCAA for rules violations.

NFL - Jacksonville comes in 3rd in the AFC South while the Colts win the division again, the Titans get a wildcard spot and the Texans put up FF numbers but blow their load early.

I become disappointed in both my football teams AGAIN.
                        What I want:
NCAA - Florida wins the BCS Championship Game as Bama dismantles during the season due to poor play and injury.

NFL - Jacksonville beats Dallas in the Super Bowl via last-minute Scobee field goal.

This due to Favre retiring for good and Peyton Manning breaking his leg in a preseason game.

USC Trojans: 6-6; I just think the sanctions will hang over the heads of this team and lead to a very average season.

New Mexico Lobos: 1-11; They will muster a win over either NMSU or Wyoming, one of the worst teams in the country by far.

                          _________________

Seahawks: 8-8. I think we overachieve this season, due to a softish schedule and better coaching. We're not quite a playoff team though, and I wouldn't want us to win the NFC Worst anyway then get slaughtered by a Dallas, Green Bay, etc.
