dude, I'm a football / sports fan. sadly Penn St. doesnt play Pitt anymore.

I would of course root for Penn in that case. But Pennsylvania is a rich history football State and they are considered the underdog in this game and i dont care much for Utah. So, for now, I root for Pitt...

I don't see the problem with it personally. If you have the timeouts and need/want to burn them consecutively, go for it. From a time point of view, unless the network carrying the game needs to take a commercial break, it's typically only going to be a 30 second timeout anyway.
