I agree almost as much as the big ten refs trying to find a way to Fuck my rebels!

Also anyone else think Bosie and TCU are excited to see Fresno playing this way.

I'm telling you the MWC even with the BYU Pussy Cats leaving the conference deserve a major bowl bid!

Can't wait for AF vs BYU next week!

This was a great game, I was surprised by his decision-making. I know Sportsbuck has trashed him based on his passing and decision-making. I think he is better than people think, but I'm not ready to crown him. I am shocked at Tate Forcier being out-the-door, I expected a platoon. But, Robinson played like the starter and should be until further notice. I am nervous about injury with Robinson, another reason I'm glad RichRod didn't redshirt Devin Gardner.

And I don't know what the defense is like this season. We didn't get a good enough look at the unit, except when Jordan Todman was running rough-shod through the interior of our d-line. I thought this game was a loss for a 7-5 team, so maybe we can end up 8-4. Although next week will be a big test, especially for the defense.
Denard played absolutely fantastic IMO. He really only had 1 read to make in the passing game, and he made it well pretty much every time. We all knew what kind of speed he had, and man did he show some moves out there. Just a great game.

That said though, I do think its necessary to keep in mind what kind of a defense he was doing this against. UCONN lost two guys in the secondary that combined for 9 of their 12 picks last year, on a pass defense that wasn't very good (88th in yards and 85 in pass efficiency), and ranked 62nd overall in the nation. They were replacing the best pass rusher in the Big East from last season in Lindsay Witten, and projected starter Marcus Campbell went down with a knee injury in fall camp.

That said though, this was a great game from Denard, and very promising for his, Michigan's, and RR's futures, but lets not crown him based on one game against a bad defense. The country did the same thing with Forcier last year and we all remember how that turned out. Lets wait until he puts together a string of games against solid defenses.

Ole Miss Defense looked Horrid. But was glad to see Massoli play.

Anyone else feel Dalton (QB) from TCU is an Awsesome college QB, but won't translate to the NFL? It's really too bad I've loved watching him the last two years.

                Really?

I've always felt he was incredibly overrated. In his career he has struggled every time he's faced a legit defense.

Not in college football. I guaranty he'll be overrated going into the NFL because of what he did in college though.

He played very well today IMO.

OSU isn't a GREAT team but they are def. top 20 team by years end. Dalton isn't the best passer but he found a way to win (his legs) today.

His intangibles are through the roof! TCU is a very good team. Its too bad Fresno St. and Bosie aren't in the MWC this year. Both are better then Utah and BYU.

Badgers beat the Rebels like they were supposed to.

Nothing special other than UNLV needs hella work if they ever want to contend for their conference's title again.

Wisconsin will just keep plugging away until someone stops their running attack.

                      This

Wasn't impressed at all tonight, though to be fair he did some good work with his legs.

I was so pissed when the Cougars game switched to the Mariners game at the end of the 3rd. Yeah we lost 17-65, but the Mariners suck worse at their sport.

Completely agree. Too early to crown, and as a fan, I'm trying to stay rational and not get too excited. Maybe everyone talked up UConn to be the sleeper team in the Big East and it won't come to fruition. Either way, nice start, now next week will be a test.

UNLV stood a way better chance if Clayton was their starter. Why Huack has Clausen as the starter absolutely baffles me.

I don't care if Texas Tech is favored by 100 next week.. take them. The Lobos are the worst college team I've seen in 20 years.

Well, I've recovered from last night's game. Had a great time in the first half, then we had to hold onto our nuts for a bit thanks to Steven Ridley's fumble.

I almost got in 4 fights at the Dome yesterday. First before the game I got into it with with some LSU fans who kept throwing a football near us and hit my Dad in the head twice (we asked them to move three other times before that) then after the game three separate groups of UNC fans were trying to instigate shit with a small group of Tiger fans, so we stepped in and kept the peace.

I was amazed at the arrogance of Carolina fans after the game. You'd have thought they won. I guess moral victories work at basketball schools.

I'm so proud of Russell Shepard, Patrick Peterson and Rueben Randle. They looked great. Jefferson also looked great, outside of two decisions which ultimately didn't cost us.

But 410 yards from TJ Yates in inexcusable, especially since our secondary was considered a strength. Part of that is that we were rotating in a shit ton of young DBs though in the second half (Patrick Peterson cramps up way too much, it's his kryptonite), but still it's inexcusable.

Ridley fumbling twice can't happen. Need more Michael Ford right now.

On the bright side, Sam Montgomery and Barkevious Mingo looked incredible off the edge. Mingo made some stops against the run too, which surprised me given how skinny he is.

On the offensive side, hard to take anything away from it. We made a ton of big plays but only put one drive together all game. That drive would've put us up 37-10 but we had a holding call take the points off the board and then an intentional grounding took us out of FG range. From there, we just held on for dear life.

Frustrating win for LSU, but a win all the same.
