And all I know is Vincent Jackson > Housh.
Except Jackson will want even more money. And honestly, he's not worth the money he's wanting. Not to mention his suspension.

Mike Williams is a poor man's version of Jackson. And he's played well and will cost A LOT less.

NO! I am completely shocked he got another chance; but it makes sense Pete Carrol was the guy to do it. I thought after he showed up to camp with the Titans at close to 250 lbs. he was done in the NFL. Then he goes into hiding for two years and comes out a starting receiver?

I actually think the Jags should trade for him, maybe a 3rd round pick and/or 4th rounder.

He would be a great compliment to MSW and push whoever they have to the slot, where talent wise he's more suited for.

I agree with dave. The Rams going after Housh would be pointless. Not only is he on a contract a rebuilding team shouldn't be paying anyone, he's in the decline and would only hinder the development of their young guys like Robinson, Avery, Gibson, and Amendola. This year needs to be dedicated to getting Bradford comfortable in the offense and with the personnel he's going to be spending the majority of his career with, not bringing in aging stars to put a few thousand more fans in the seats per game.

I think the Bears would be an excellent fit. At this point I still believe Housh is capable of a 1000 yard season, and a good, trusty possession guy to contrast Hester's speed seems like a great fit for Cutler's offense. Forte could use the extra pressure relief as well.

Housh needs to get into a program where the team is a contender and he's the #2 or #3 WR he's supposed to be.
St. Louis and teams like that need to take the Ricky Bobby approach: "First or last"
I doubt we want housh I think he was talking about vincent jackson b/c that would not only give us a prominent threat in the air but it would also solidify our offense with bradford (22) jackson (27)and jackson (27) headlining a trio that is still young and still improving

Ive always liked Brandon Jones, nice pickup for Seattle, he'd be a great 3rd guy. he was a below average fan favorite as the oft injured titans number 1.
If we weren't so stocked with talent (weird saying that, right?) at the wide out spot, I wanted him back in Tennessee after San Fran cut him. Brandon Jones is one of my favorite former Titans.

I'm not sure Housh would be a very good fit for the Bears vertical offense and the Vikings have already signed a few guys to hold them over until Sidney Rice gets back. I could definitely see him going to Jacksonville though.

There is some truth in the statement however if only because Florida is America's Retirement Community.

If Housh is willing to take a paycut, he can be a decent compliment reciever... as long as he gets it out of his head that he can be a star on the team instead of a cog in the machine.

If gets traded anywhere but Jacksonville, Atlanta, or Chicago, I will be shocked.

He won't be traded. I'd be shocked if someone took on that contract.. especially when TJ can sign for the vet minimum and Seattle would still be on the hook for over $6M.

Still think something is brewing with Vincent Jackson. The Crayton trade.. and this release. The Rams bowing out of the race too. I don't know.. maybe I'm reading too much into it but it wouldnt shock me at all if Jackson is a Seahawk tomorrow after the cuts are announced.

The Seahawks have received trade offers from four teams.. believed to be the Vikings, Jets, Chargers and Cardinals.

If we trade Housh for Matt Leinart.. I don't know whether to laugh hysterically or weep uncontrollably

Cardinals have no reason to make that trade.
