He was on the Texans PS last year until like week 14.

Don't worry he'll probably end up with 230 more yards the rest of the season.

Yeah he started a few games last season but didn't do anything.

A lot of fantasy "experts" have been hyping him up the last few weeks but I'm still not completely sold on him. Most of his runs didn't really wow me with speed or toughness, the holes were just enormous.

His o-line dominated our D ALL DAY LONG

I'm convinced any back in the league would have went for 150 on us today but I was still impressed with how hard and fast he plays

I was impressed with his durability and vision. He was cutting it back to find open lanes all game. Part of this was due to the Colts overly aggressive D. They were completely hopeless vs the run. They were sending everyone to the ball and Foster would just cut it back and have nothing but grass in front of him.

My friend who is a Texans fan was really impressed, and he's usually very honest with his assessment of his teams. No homerism in him and he was impressed.

I didn't see much of Foster, I was bouncing between games and only really got the Colts on offense whenever I checked in. I am going to lean towards this being an aberration though. Good for the Texans for finally finding a decent RB, but the Colts are historically soft against the run.

What's the status on Bob Sanders? I saw him come off the field at one point, and when I looked at Foster's stat line I figured Sanders missed the whole game. Yet he isn't listed in the game notes as leaving with an injury. Did he play all game?

Sanders played like a series or two before getting injured.

And I'm going to wait to pass judgment on Foster. Colts were just getting blown off the ball and they aren't stopping ANY RB today. Texans always seem to pull runningbacks out of thin air (Slaton rushing for nearly 1300 as a rookie, Davis to a lesser extent) only for them to disappear. We'll see what things look like at the end of the year and on into the future.

How many RB's have been hyped to holy hell after running all over the Colts? Remember, it's the Colts.

I was surprised he had this good of a game but I knew he was good. Last season I think he had 3 TD's in his first game. When Steve Slaton and Chris Brown were fumbling every 5 secs they put in Foster in one of the last games and he scored 3 TDs I believe. But the coach treated him like the Eagle are doing Vick now. Even though he clearly was the better player the coaches didn't start him and instead let Slaton play again.

I was trying to tell some of yall nigs(specifically Woy) that we'll have a decent running game this year because of Foster. Obviously he wont have any other games like this, but he had a 4.8 average last year so he's dependable.

I recall having a convo with someone just a few days ago, and him saying in their FF draft they were hpying Foster as a top 5 back.. and I said in that offense its entirely possible, but I wouldnt rate him like that.

Well.. if he can keep up in half his pace he very well indeed is a top 5 back.

lol they showed Sanders "injury stats" during the game. It said that he's played in 47 games and has been out for 49. I think it was only 2 plays later when he got hurt.
Worked in our favor, he probably would've stopped a few of those runs.

They like him cuz he dosen't fumble and makes the right reads as opposed to Slaton. He had 1 fumble in 4 games last year. Slaton had 7 fumbles in 8 starts, lost 5.

I like him, the dude is built like Eddie George, decent power and good quickness through the whole. 1300 yds rushing and 400 yds receving this year for Foster. Mark it.

Champ could have ran through those holes yesterday.

I admit I was wrong about him, but KP's right. We'll see if he doesn't disappear like Slaton or Davis. He does get through the holes quickly, but it seems like he has 80 madden speed when getting out in the open field.
