is it me or do a lot of black guys like the Steelers for some reason. not saying thats why you picked them as #1 but a lot of my black friends seem to be Steelers fans and i dont know why.

I don't even like the Steelers. The Steelers are playing great football without Big Ben right now. One of the top defenses in the league and has won games with their 3rd and 4th string QBs. They deserve the #1 spot.

I agree, PB. I actually had the Steelers at #1 but then decided I'd put them at #2 because the Jets have shown that they are capable of putting points on the board (4th in the league), the Steelers haven't yet.

Obviously, that will change with Big Ben. But I figured I'd sit 'em at 2 before they start murdering everyone.

This is a different year in the NFL. The teams you think are great are not dominating anyone and the teams you think suck aren't getting blown out.

the chiefs suck. they wont make the playoffs. just because they beat a weaker than usual SD team, and then a crappy browns team, a really crappy SF team and held the colts offense down, doesnt mean they are any good. their offense is total shit and their defense wont hold up in the long run. But of course they are 3-1 which means they are a top 5 team.

the falcons on the other hand are a solid team. But they are not that good right now. they at least have the talent to get better and make a SB run. the chiefs have NO chance of making it to the SB and wont even make the playoffs

btw, you thinking the browns are decent is really funny. there is a reason they are ranked in the bottom 4 of every power ranking out there.

Oh I get it. You use the "they barely beat the [insert team]!" system to rank teams. It's obvious that you know so much more than everyone else. Please grace us with your top 5 list when you get a chance, I know you are busy scouting every NFL team, so take your time.

By the way, the Browns have lost each of their games by less than 10 points. That includes losses vs Baltimore (by 7) and Atlanta (by 10). Their offense ranks at the bottom of the league in every single category.

Like I said, solid run game and defense, just no QB. They aren't going to win many games, but they aren't getting embarrassed and they are competing. That qualifies them as a "decent" team to me, which is obviously below "good."

The Falcons offense would look much better if offensive playcalling didn't suck. Let's see if it changes since we finally get Jenkins. You can say "lol@Jenkins" all you want but he's definitely been missed out there and it's obvious. Brian Finneran and Harry Douglas aren't #2 WRs. As far as the defense is concerned, they've been playing great. I told mfers the Falcons D improved but they didn't want to listen to me. :D

Also the Browns are not that bad of a football team.

Browns are managing games well and playing physical but they aren't good by any means. Still slightly dangerous, but so is every team in the NFL.
