We go 8-8 this season is considered a success, anything more is just icing on the cake. Nobody is screaming SB but with our schedule and us improving from week to week we can creep into the playoffs and maybe even continue the worst to first trend.

Dont even know why some of you are Bucs fans.
Congratulations... by the end of the 3rd season Morris might actually have matched the record of the season before he was made head coach.

I'd be shocked if they don't build him a statue.

When that guy in your sig retires or blows out a knee Ill be hating on whoever replaces him for no reason as you dudes win 3 and 4 games a year. BTW 3rd season = playoffs or bust. 4th season = Contenders

I want to come in here hating on the Bucs since they are our divisional rivals and all, but really I just don't care. If they are going to get exposed, it will happen soon enough. The Falcons run this NFC South shit, they're competing for 2nd place.

I've never said the Seahawks are good. Unlike you, I know even if they somehow win the NFC West that they're a mirage and not a legit threat to win anything substantial.

Misery loves company so Ill leave you with this....

We are way ahead of you bums. I said 8-8 is a successful season but that falls on deaf ears. Dont know why haters hate the fact that we have young dudes playing solid football and expect me to sulk over the fact that we won 3 games last season and not be ecstatic with the 3-1 record.

You are actually going out of your way trying to tell me how bad we are when you are a Seahawks fan and act like its ok because "you never said the Seahawks are good." Kiss my ass and worry about your shitty team playing in that shity division. I know its hard to see other teams improve when you bums have been stuck at a standstill for years.

Again you all dont know shit, you dont watch Bucs games. All you know is what you see on ESPN. When they start slurping us you will come to the forums saying you were wrong just like Lefty and Ill tell you to eat a dick.

I don't think it's a secret that I am not a fan of Raheem. However, I have also said that I have seen improvement with the team - minimal gains have been exhibited, but, there are still glaring issues that continue to linger from last season. All I'm saying is that this 3-1 record is smoke and mirrors thus far. The running game is non-existent, the pass-rush is mediocre. Gerald McCoy has been a disappointment thus far. Granted, no one expects huge number from him. But, when I key in on him during games - he is getting absolutely abused and he shows absolutely no strength or technique. Additionally, Stylez White continues to fear an inside move which has rendered him a one-trick pony. Watch White and how the offensive tackle gives him the inside lane, b/c he knows White won't take it, and how White tries to go around the tackle. That lack of a consistent pass-rush will doom this team just like it did in the final stretches of the '08 season.

Freeman is making better decisions this season and looks to have progressed. However, the team as a whole, is not a 3-1 football team. I reiterate: "Five. Dash. Two." You are what your record says you are at the end of the season. Not a quarter of the way through it.

Has an NFL team ever started 3-1 before? Is that some kind of record? I seem to remember the 49ers starting 3-1 back in 1980, but I could be wrong.

We were a 3-13 team last season. Building a contender is a process not a 1 draft/off-season deal. We are desperately in need of pass rushing DEs, yea, the run game is in need of some major improvement but despite all our short comings we have managed to win 3 out of 4 games. You are what your record says you are at any point of the season. That said, McCoy does not get "abused". He draws constant double teams and still manages to get a push. His impact on the pass rush we do manage to generate does not show up on the stat sheet. Carson Palmer threw a lot of errant passes as a result of us pressuring him and not allowing him to step up into the pocket.

You seem to dwell on the negative and completely disregard the positive. Freeman has vastly improved, Mike Williams is a bonafide #1, K2 is tearing it up, we are tied for 2nd in interceptions despite having only 4 games, Quincy and Geno have improved a great deal, Aquib has been solid for the most part, E.J. has emerged as a good cover corner etc... etc.... You doom and gloom "fans" keep looking for something to complain about even in victory.

I refuse to be a negative Nancy and act like the sky is falling because we arent grading out at an A+ at each and every aspect of the game, I know we have holes. This team is young and will have issues throughout the season. Its gonna take another off-season, at least, for us to be where we wanna be but right now we have as many wins in 4 games as we did all last season. If you cant take a minute from your sulking and Raheem hating and smile about that then you need to hop on the Colts bandwagon so you can be happy with 11-12 wins every year and an early playoff exit.

Being "Anti-Raheem" doesn't mean I sulk every week. Last year was a circus and I just simply pointed it out to show how much of a mistake the organization made.

I have also pointed out in PM's to other members that the Bucs, Freeman especially, have shown improvement. However, the 3-1 start does not indicate their level of play thus far. That is all I'm saying. You are getting yourself too worked up over this start and your only going to end up disappointed in the end.

The running game is mediocre right now. That will eventually catch up to us down the road. The only reason the Bucs won last week was because of the play-calling by Marvin Lewis. If they run the ball, we likely don't win and we're 2-2 and playing a very talented New Orleans group today instead of 3-1.

The pass-rush is non-existent. You either are not watching McCoy on a majority of plays or you simply want to wear the pewter and red glasses. Because what I have seen from that kid thus far is a lack of punch, no fight and very poor technique. He puts himself in positions to get dominated. There is being double-teamed and then there is getting your ass-kicked. However, McCoy is still a rookie and I am not panicking by any means. All I'm trying to point out is that he's getting his ass handed to him. You should also be reminded that I was a fan of McCoy being selected as well. So, I'm not just "hating" for the sake of it. The kid has been pretty bad thus far and it is the just reality of the situation.

I don't think they should even give a player of the week award in the NFC until a couple of teams start playing like legit Superbowl contenders.
