      The ghost of Gruden past...lol

The Glazers decisions over the last 3 years will haunt this team for some time.

      Fucking losers.

This organization should just be booted from the league.

They have the youngest team in the NFL and it's not even close. I don't know what people really expect from them. They probably should have had a few more wins than they do but what's the difference, they are not a playoff team right now.

            I don't buy this.

It's like I always say about the Spags era Rams, it's not about the losses, it's about how they lose.

No fight. Badly coached. Sloppy play. Bad second half play. Penalties.

It's not about unrealistic expectations, it's about showing steps of improvement. Yes, the Bucs were a fake 10-win team last year, we all know this, but they are a really bad 4-win team right now. Blow outs, never in games, sloppy play, etc. You don't see hard fought, well played losses with this group (or the Rams).

It would have been possible for the Bucs (and the Rams, for that matter) to actually improve, yet win less games this year. But both teams have gone backwards. Drastically.

That's on the coaches. You have to keep these programs moving forward, or you have to go. This isn't 1970, you don't get the 5-year plan anymore. You have to show steps of improvement.

              ^^^This.

That is exactly the issue. Raheem has shown an inability to lead. When the Bucs had downs years under Gruden, they were at least in games. This is just bad football. Plain and simple. They have regressed. Like W2B said, they could have won less games this season and still made progress.

Right now, they are just getting their ass kicked every week. The Glazers are getting everything they deserve right now.

When Gruden was fired and they hired Raheem, I said it was a stupid move. Raheem was everybody's friend and he still goes out with some players and socializes with them. He has a double-standard on discipline as well. Just look at what he did with Brian Price earlier in this season and how he handles Talib...two completely different approaches to discipline. But, that is because he is boys with Talib. This guy can't win as a HC at this moment in time and the Glazers knee-jerk reaction back in '08 set the organization back quite a few years.

It's not all on Raheem. He's not doing much of anything right this year though. But the hire of Olsen, who was INCREDIBLY below average with the Rams, after firing Jagz for no damn reason and then sticking with him after he lucked into a good year last year was a really bad move. The O line was a problem last year and Dom re-signed Davin and True for good money when they're slightly above average (Davin) and pretty below average (True). Dominick is awful in FA. He made a run at Haynesworth, who sucked after that. He re-signed Clayton and Trueblood to awful contracts. He signed Derrick Ward, who stunk. He signed Sean Jones, who stunk. At least Gruden could find cheap, effective FAs, like P Buc and Cato June.

The Glazers are awful, and the coaching staff sucks ass. Rah needs to go. We need a new DC, OC, and OL coach badly. We need better pro scouts. The whole franchise is bad, top to bottom. You can't discount one facter like the obvious cheapness of the Glazers and put more blame on Raheem. We'd be better off if the entire staff/FO was imploded and started from scratch. But doing that would cost money and require competence, and we have neither.

And Leaf, we weren't very competitive in 06 if you remember.

2006 was definitely the worst year of Gruden's tenure. However, 2003 and 2004 weren't nearly as bad. In both '03 and '04, I think, it was like 7 or 8 of the losses, each season, were by 7 pts or less and those were the penny-pinching cap-strapped years.

Gruden can do more, with less, than any coach I have seen.

Faine isnt much of a leader, this is the same guy who said there would be no turn out for Frees off season camp and chose not to show u. Outside of Faine, Ronde and Graham everyone is under 30 and outside of Ronde we have no bonafide leaders. Youth is definitely a, but not the only, factor in us being as bad as we are.

People often talk about the Packers being the 2nd (or 3rd) youngest in the league but then they have players like Woodson, Rodgers, Jennings, Driver etc.. who ware not only leaders but high character professionals. I for one would like to see Rah back for the final year of his contract but with how we have laid down these past few weeks he isnt making much of a case for himself.

Fuck the faggot ass youth and no leader excuse... Honestly... this "Youngry" team went 10-6 last year... 10 and fucking 6... against a cupcake schedule and had higher expectations then should of been. Panthers prob doing the same thing to me this season. But dude like BB so hard on Freemans nuts and shit dude is Chad Pennington with wheels and a perm. In the two games against the Panthers that I watched dude hit checkdowns 85% of the time. The Panthers defense is fucking horrendous, the secondary is trash, let your WR make a play take the chances that you did your rookie season bruh. Problem is the guys can't break a tackle or two like they did last year to make the checkdowns look like an excellent day passing.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some Freeman, NFC South Darkie QB's are my boys, but he's constricted by A) Coaching, B) players around him and C) Being put on a pedestal by people and acting like he has to live up to be this player that he isn't. He was drafted as a project, shouldn't of ever been a starter, and I wanted the Panthers to draft him so bad knowing this. The problems go way beyond Freeman though. But to be fair, the defense was put in bad positions all game from turnovers and Cam and company aren't the Green Bay Packers but they can make you pay, when they are clicking.

Actually in terms of starters, the Seahawks are younger.
