    Nuk's Top 10 NFL Quarterbacks.

One of you asked for my top 10 a few weeks ago, and I just now got around to doing it.

    1.

    Peyton Manning.

    2.

    Tom Brady.

    3.

    Philip Rivers.

    4.

    Aaron Rodgers.

    5.

    Sam Bradford.

    6.

    Ben Roethlisberger.

    7.

    Drew Brees.

    8.

    Matt Ryan.

    9.

    Tony Romo.

    10.

    Mark Sanchez.

There shouldn't be much controversy here - This list was made from a non-biased point of view. The NFL is at an all-time low when it comes to talent at the QB position, so I'm not really sold on some of these guys. The talent really takes a fall after the top 5. The top 5 are the only guys I'm sold on, and 100% certain of as being the best, only elite quarterbacks in the NFL at this point.

Drew Brees being at #7 is based more on last season, because personally, I don't see him as a top 6 NFL quarterback. I'd personally rather have Matt Ryan as my starter, but again, Drew Brees being at #7 is really the only spot where I let one successful year sway my decision. I wouldn't feel right putting him any lower, due to the whole superbowl win, even though I think #7 or #8 is about right. Other than that, it's a fairly accurate, non-biased list, I think.

Bradford is a top 5 QB on potential alone. More people would see that if the coaches opened up the play calling.

no question he has potential, but the list isn't "potential top 10 QB's in the NFL"

You'll get yours one of these days.

              Good game.
Yet Rivers is your top 3?

Pfft - just me being a homer that week.

I've always liked Rivers, and I wouldn't argue with anyone who puts him as high as #2.

As much as I hate Favre - and I really hate Favre - I can't see how anyone could say Sanchez is a better QB than Favre is.

This season, I don't know how anyone cannot say Sanchez is better than Favre. He has 14 turnovers which have almost singlehandedly cost the Vikes 3 games. You can say the offensive line is bad but you can't blame the O-Line when the QB throws the ball at the defence instead of the sideline under pressure.

Also, this list doesn't have enough people called Eli.

But honestly, I see Brees as #7, which is one spot higher than last season.

As for Eli, he's actually at #10, tied with Flacco. Two photos just wouldn't look right.

Rivers has the ugliest but most accurate deep ball in the league. Dude can have anyone at WR and still throw for 300 yards.

Listing a rookie that high, even with the potential Sam Bradford has, wouldn't make much sense, and would certainly come off as me being a homer. I didn't want that with this list. But if you put me in charge of the St. Louis Rams, and I have my pick of Sam Bradford, Aaron Rodgers or Drew Brees to run my franchise for next several years, I don't think twice - I grab Sam Bradford, go in my office, and start fapping.
