Singletary to Start QB Troy Smith in London

    WOOT!

The black QB who can run a little.....sweeeet.

It will be his first start since 2007 when he went 1-1 for Baltimore. He average 4.5 yards a carry in those two games.

The man to take them to a division title folks!

At the very least he should be better than David "How many chances am I going to get?" Carr.

He has a decent chance at claiming the starter spot. Dudes been crying about being a #2 ever since Joe Flacco was drafted.

Wasn't a hard decision to make after finding out that David Carr can't throw a football over 20 yards.

I didn't know that Troy Smith could. My favorite memory of Troy Smith is giving the 0-13 Miami Dolphins their only win of the 2007 season.

Does anyone else feel bad for England that we keep forcefeeding them these shitty NFL match-ups?

You'd think that eventually we'd give it a rest. Half of the NFL sucks and there's no way the limeys are going to like the league if we keep showing them the shittier half.

They should just poll English NFL fans (don't know how you would do that...) and see who there favorite teams are. Just send those teams over in the preseason.

No sense in making die hard season ticket holders of a team or two miss a game a year because it is being held over seas.

Some crystal ball you have there.

Practically everyone else had the Niners and Broncos as division champs before the season began.

Maybe you missed my point ...

STOP SENDING NFL TEAMS TO PLAY IN ENGLAND. EVERY GAME HAS SUCKED.

Why do I need a crystal ball to tell you that the Int'l Series is a failure? Not even Americans want to watch the 49ers play the Broncos right now.

                        Argue to stop overseas games.

Don't say anything about giving them a shitty match-up.

When the schedule was made, this looked like a great match-up.

And now it's a shitty match-up. Thus, bolstering my point. Why wouldn't I bring up something that supports my argument?

We should stop the oversea games, in part because the games are always shitty. This is an example of a shitty game. Who cares what you thought when the schedule was made? It's shitty now and every other game in London has been shitty too. It doesn't matter what teams you send, it's stupid to send NFL teams to England, have them play shittily (which happens every Sunday here in the states too), and then expect the limeys to like it ...

You could send the freaking Patriots there and the game would still suck and nobody in either country would want to watch. (Oh wait, that already happened.)

Tickets are selling well, so why would they stop the series?

And when they booked it, it was a good match-up, so the fact it's now a match-up of bad teams is moot.
