Lions, Broncos and Rams: Oh my!

That's right, not only did Sam Bradford completely tear apart the Carolina defense today, but he's one victory away from matching Marc Bulger's three year win total. Sam Bradford also moves his record to 4-4, which is better than both Kyle Orton's 2-6, 2010 record, and Matt Stafford's 3-9 career record (They did count that Bears loss, right?) If Sam Bradford can win four more games, he'll also match Kyle Orton's 8 win total in 2009, where Denver lost 8 out of their last 10 games.

It's worth mentioning because we're at midseason now, which is about six games more than some of you had Sam Bradford playing, due to his busted shoulder. Now, don't get me wrong, I fully expect a below 500 season still, but for a guy with a bad arm, due to his injured shoulder, his future is looking very bright.

Also, congrats to Detroit today - great win by Stafford, who helped Detroit to their 2nd win, which matches Denver's win total this season. Unlike Kyle Orton, Stafford's numbers actually meant something.

But Nuk, didn't you see Kyle Orton throw for 369 yards and throw another late game garbage TD to Brandon Lloyd that meant absolutely nothing because he fumbled on the prior drive to cost his team the game?

I do like me some Sam Bradford. They need to bring back those jerseys they wore today to fulltime use too.

I thought the Rams were in the NFC West?

The Lions still have a shot at the NFC North.

I almost cried when I heard the Rams were ''updating'' their jerseys.

I'm not sure which I enjoyed more - Bradford winning, or seeing those jerseys again.

Hey Nuk will you please explain why you constantly call Orton a .500 QB when he is 29-20?

Also say what you want about Orton but how many QBs in this league are going to produce on a Denver team that's:

                              -dead last in rushing.
-25th in D (in terms of yards given up)
-30th in D (in terms of points given up)
                              -has a shitty oline
-lines up Brandon Lloyd as their #1 WR

Broncos are a mess they aren't going to win anything barring a Peyton Manning trade. I saw them give up a 2nd and 20 to Troy Smith today and they had 12 men on the field. Then later in that same drive they give up another long bomb where dude threw while falling down backwards. I mean wtf.

Has Orton played perfect? No not at all. But the fact that he's put up 2500 yards and 12 TDs on this team thru 8 games isn't anything to be embarrassed about. lol at Orton by himself averaging just as many yards as the entire Rams offense.
