I'm paying an assload of money for NFL Sunday Ticket...

...which includes the yearly gouge/rate increase, the added bullshit "HD" expense, and the added "Red Zone Channel" expense....and this past Sunday when the Packers-Jets game went to halftime, I turned my TV off and went outside for the rest of the day. The NFL sucks so bad that its unwatchable. None of the early games held my interest. Just a lot of bad football being played.

There is no reason for Sunday Ticket to cost more than $149 a year. The outrageous fees are nothing short of collusion between the NFL and DirecTV. I just watch the Redzone Channel these days unless there is a really big game of interest.

The only game I had on was GB-NYJ on Sunday afternoon. It was such a brutal game I was editing a fashion show video for my girlfriend instead.

I think it's just a bad year for football. If you look at the college ranks, we're probably on our way to a 1 or 2 loss champion. The NFL figures to have at least one 9-7 team in each league make the playoffs.

Just a lot of mediocre mediocrity right now.

I agree, yesterdays games were awful.

Packers-Jets? You should've been watching the epic that was Redskins-Lions.

I was actually sorry that I missed the whole Rex Grossman deal. I wanted to hear what the crowd sounded like when they realized Grossman was entering the game.

Its already paid in full for this season, which in itself is also a scam. I love the DirectTV "automatic renewal" setup. Groan.

Cancel it. Move into your parents basement, spend your weekly allowance on weed, download lots of rap music, buy fraudulent jerseys, play video games and succeed.

Only channel that is worth it anymore is Red Zone Channel or whatever channel your favorite team is on.

                              Well that sucks.

Write a letter to DTV about your displeasure with the service and you are either decided on not renewing it or in the process of deciding.

                              See if anything happens.
