He's going to die shortly within the next year or so. Right now, the only thing that's keeping him motivated to keep on living is a Super Bowl, because that's the last thing he wants before he passes.

I really think there would be a change in his maturity level the moment he's away from a Fisher-coached team. Their frustration with one another really brings out the worst in Young's maturity issues, IMO. Not saying that he wouldn't be the most mature guy without Fisher, but I think there wouldn't be as many problems.

Arizona and Oakland seem like good fits. He can succeed in an offense that takes a few shots down field each game, because if there's one thing you can't knock Young on, it's his deep ball.

You can't trade coaches anymore. The Gruden one was basically the last time it happened. The NFL cracked down on it after that.

Parcells from the Pats to the Jets
(Pats got a 1st round pick which turned into RB Robert Edwards)

Belichick to the Pats from the Jets.
(Jets got a 1st round pick which turned into Shaun Ellis)

Herm from the Jets to the Chiefs.
(Jets got a 4th round pick which turned into Leon Washington)

Of course Al Davis traded Gruden to Tampa for 2 1st round picks, 2 2nd round picks & $8 million
(picks turned into G Langston Walker, CB Phillip Buchanon, DE Tyler Brayton and C Jake Grove)

Tagliabue changed the rule and teams can no longer trade draft picks for coaches. But I believe teams can stay work out trades otherwise.
