    The Les Miles/Michigan Drama

LSU's Les Miles said Monday he anticipates meeting with representatives from Michigan to discuss the Wolverines' head coaching vacancy.

According to ESPN's Bottom Line (and a small line in this article), Les Miles will take the Michigan job if he was offered it. I think this would really throw a wrench in the NCAA coaching carousal this off-season. If Miles leaves to Michigan, I don't see how LSU cannot try to recruit a high profile coach.

Les Miles would be stupid to leave LSU for Michigan. LSU has everything going for it and should be in the National Title hunt next season. Michigan would be a huge rebuild with the constant oversight of an AD. Miles should definitely stay at LSU.

That being said... I see him going to Michigan and probably doing pretty bad for the next few season until his system is in place.

IMO he should leave because with all of his success he had at it seems every year LSU wants to get rid of him. The minute he has a disappointing season he'll be out of there. I'd be willing to bet at Michigan he'd be seen as a savior....guy coming home, etc. The expectations at UM are high, but they also understand that RR pretty much ran the program into the ground and Miles would need time to rebuild. When he does he'd be revered.

He's staying. ESPN just reported he told Michigan thanks but no thanks.

                    Good decision by Les Miles.

Michigan job is only slightly more appealing than the Oakland Raiders job.

LOL- nothing against the Wolverines but too many people say they stuck in their ways from when Bo was there.

They should have never fired their head coach, he impoved each year there. I think they thought Harbaugh was gonna jump all over that job and it back fired.

Brady Hoke is our guy. I'm glad Miles stayed. Michigan doesn't need a big name to bring them back to respectability. Just make sure you get it right this time. Had they hired Les it would have looked like the past 3 years have looked like a complete "oops" moment like they wanted to get him all along.

Brady Hoke will be the new Michigan coach though. Bet it's named within the next 24 hours.
