anyways... in todays NFL, the season never ends, website stay updating, players still fuck up, guys are signed and cut... i dont need other sports. im still on top of the world after the packers won, but even if in seasons where this was not the case, i just chilled, the press doesnt stop and the coverage doesnt either, doesnt bother me one bit to watch old games on NFLN

Well... for me I got another about 2 months of snowboarding to do, start golfing again soon, I'm pretty new to it so I need all the work I can get. NFL draft stuff, free agency, monitoring the CBA negotiations. Basketball but I really prefer the postseason, even tho I do watch the regular season games every chance I get.

I have a kid that will be born in May, should take a lot of my time and distract me from things and I'm working as a restaurant consultant and will be doing catering spring-end of summer. I live in a beach town so summers are great, prob be staying in block island a lot then next thing ya know football is back

Honestly I'd prefer time to creep by rather than speed up... I'm in no rush to age

The fuck are you talking about? The Sharks have posted one of the best regular season records over the past decade, which is what we are talking about.

Good attempt at trying to take a shot at hockey. :crutch:

This is the best time of the year for me, no more NFL monopolizing sports coverage.

Gonna settle in for some awesome MLB and the best part of the NBA season.

Is there such a thing as the best part of the NBA season ?

              Such meaningless 82 games imo.

NFL off FA/Draft etc. means pages wadded up with "mock drafts" that make no fuckin sense.

MMA which means reading Rob whine about Dana White all day.

No GOW 3 until late 2011.

I dont know what the fuck Im gonna post about next few months. Maybe Ill just sit here and cry.

Play madden all day and wait for March madness. Other than that keep up with what the Panthers are doing.

I love watching college basketball, just not as much as football. So I'm fine with college hoops until football comes around again.

This is actually the most exciting NBA regular season in recent memory. There is almost always a decent game on TV nowadays. Even the teams at the bottom of the league are semi-watchable.

If it were up to me I'd shorten the regular season, but I'd do that with baseball and football too. Fact is though that the NBA is healthier now than it has been in a long time, and more compelling than ever.

whats so compelling when the Lakers make it to the finals every other year for 30 years running ?

                                Who cares, though?

Yeah I enjoy watching good hockey. But I don't get all excited about it. Whether the Sharks finish 1st in the West or 8th, I don't really care, long as they make the playoffs I'm happy and satisfied.

I will be nervous as all hell for the playoffs, but to be honest, I don't expect them to go very far and I don't think I ever will. I seriously don't think the Sharks will ever win the Stanley Cup in my lifetime. This is what this team has done to me. Keep in mind that my dad has had season tickets since season 1. That's 20 years of this.
