The Minnesota State Court of Appeals has sided with the NFL in the 2008 StarCaps case against Vikings DT Kevin Williams, among others.
The NFL never gave up on the three-year case, and Williams may now be on the hook for a four-game suspension. StarCaps was a dietary supplement Williams took that was later found to be banned under league policy.
Finally but all a little to late all those other guys like Wil Smith Charles Grant and Grady jackson all sat for their use of the supplement. I think it was total bullshit for the courts in Minnesota to interject on suspoension so the Williams boys could continue their playoff run and not effect the season.
