I don't think you can say that so soon. There are more free agents than ever to acquire, and Patrick Peterson will be hard to pass on... but it is seeming more and more likely. Maybe Carolina will do the right thing and select PP so this isn't even a discussion.
Well it seems if anything the Broncos will address their DT situation with their first pick...
Denver just cut Justin Bannan and Jamal Williams.
I agree with that, especially since the philosophy for Fox on defense was to build the defensive line first, and then spread out. He's going to get that line straightened out first.

Since when?
Besides, until a new CBA is agreed on, no free agents can sign elsewhere unless they are under certain circumstances.
Assuming a new deal isn't reached, many teams will likely end up drafting for need.

Peterson's falling right into our lap at Tennessee.
heh, I think there's a better chance the St. Louis Cardinals wrap up $25-30 million a year in Albert Pujols for the next decade than the chance Patrick Peterson falls to Tennessee. :reptar:

Both will happen while the Mets fall to the NL East cellar and Eli Manning throws the first 50 interception season. :cookiemonster1:
Panthers will draft Peterson, a shutdown corner opposite Chris Gamble would almost instantly make them a top 5 CB tandem IMO, or at least in the discussion, and when that happens Ron Rivera can do WHATEVER he wants as far as pressure... Denver will take their choice of the dlinemen and most likely grab Dareus
