i don't think the rule about CJ is big..it's common sense just to hold on to the damn ball until you get up off the ground and see the hands up..

lol I seriously thought this was a joke when I first read that they want to ban hits on "Quarterbacks while throwing" and "receivers trying to catch a pass."

              Seriously? smh.

It's the same thing it has been for the last couple years. No hits to the head of a defenseless receiver. All the article is saying is they will start suspending repeat offenders.

Ah, they made it sound like they are trying to completely ban defenders from hitting any receiver trying to catch a pass.

Kickoffs will be moved up to the 35-yard line, touchbacks stay the same.

The league also implemented the "Boise rule" which means any teams football field has to be green..

Good to see the league has its proper ducks in a row. CBA? F that. No blue turf? Absolutely!

^That actually is a good rule, I could see some piece of shit dump team trying to change the color of the field to bring in ticket sales. Knock it out before it becomes a real issue.

                            REPLAY CHANGES?
                            • Committee will propose making all scoring plays reviewable. Replay official would order replays on any touchdowns, field goals, safeties and extra points without the coaches needing to challenge. Similar to current system for final two minutes of each half and overtime.

                            This just passed.

AS well as, kickoff coverage players can only get a 5 yard running start instead of the 10-15 yards they get now.

I'm pretty sure this rule is mainly there for the league to make more money through advertising.
