That's not true. Detroit had a primetime game last year

thats pretty stupid, even if the Lions dont sell out their stadium. there are teams that play on MNF three times a year, i never even noticed that the Lions havent been on in a decade.

After reading up on the political consipracies thread, I'll chalk this one up as ESPNs attempt to restore analyst Matt Millen's rep. When the game rolls around and it's Cutler vs Zac Robinson for supremacy at the bottom-half of the NFC North, America will know Millen wasn't the only one in Detroit that couldn't draft worth dick.

I had tickets to the last one, but I didn't go. I've been waiting so long for this, now I probably won't even be in Detroit for it. Might just have to come back for it, but I guess watching it on tv will be cool.

I agree, its like watching the Red Sox and yankees every fucking night on ESPN, I know its a rivallry and ratings but Im sick of seeing the same teams. Im glad they got Monday Night Game. I hope they wear their unis that they were on thanksgiving I love those silver helmets with nothing on them and the silver pants with the blue jerseys. Dont do anything gay and wear black or something.
