Florida State has offered Juco CB Mohammed "Mo" Seisay out of Eastern Arizona J.C. Seisay is a teammate of CB Travell Dixon, who FSU offered earlier this year.
Before coming to Eastern Arizona, Seisay was a star at Memphis earning C-USA All Freshman Team honors and making Phil Steele's Freshman All American Team in 2010. Some of Seisay offers include Ohio State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, California and Arkansas, with most of these offers came within the last month. He is scheduled to graduate in December and will have 2 years of eligibility remaining. I have emailed Mohammed Seisay and I'm waiting to confirm if he will be Official Visiting with Travell Dixon together in December. Seisay has taken two official visits so far in Indiana and Nebraska. I mentioned Seisay as a prospect to watch earlier this year in our Recruiting Discussion back in August link
With Mike Harris leaving, Florida State is looking for more experienced depth in the secondary which Seisay brings along with 6'2 size and the hips to stay at CB. He also has the size to be used at Safety.

Update on Eastern Arizona Juco CB Mohammed "Mo" Seisay
I was able to catch up with Mo's older brother today Allieu Seisay, who helps handle his recruitment. Below you will find a couple of questions I asked Mo and his reaction.
What was your reaction to receiving an offer from FSU Coach Mark Stoops?
It was a surprise and honor to have an FSU offer, and what makes it even more humbling was Coach Stoops who presented me with this offer. It makes me feel good to know that all the work I've put in is paying off. I want all the high school or Juco athletes to know that if you keep grinding and working anything could happen just believe. I'm an example of hard work and belief a little sprinkle of talent also helps lol.
Do you have any plans to visit(official visit) FSU after this offer?
As far as visiting, that's still in the process. I will graduate from Eastern in a few weeks so my top priority is finishing up strong. I look at it as its less than 2min left in the 4th qrt for me here at Eastern, it's time for me to take this next play to the house (Seminole chop). I will say its a high possibility a FSU visit will happen
Do you have a favorite school at the moment, or a top list of schools?
I can't say I have a favorite, I believe my scenario is a little different. My older brother and I talk every night about every school that has made an offer. We are doing our due diligence. We have to be precise with our research into every school. At the end of the day who ever I decide on, will have my 100% loyalty. I will work even harder for that institution for giving me an opportunity to play a sport I love and get a free education.
Do you have a date set yet to make a decision on your college choice?
I don't have a specific date for a decision, but I can say it will be after my graduation and I want to be at home in VA with my family by my side.
Once again I would like to thank FSU and Coach Stoops for offering me a free education and a chance to continue to do what I do best which is handcuff receivers every Saturday.
Special thanks to Mo and his older brother Allieu Seisay.

Even with a disappointing 5-7 season and a 1-6 record in the Big East, Todd Fitch and Skip Holtz still garnered a commitment from 4-star WR D'Vario Montgomery yesterday! Kid had offers coming out of his ass...nice to see him wanting to rep the green & gold.

Sierra C.C. Wide Receiver Courtney Gardner Talks Recruiting
Courtney Gardner is the top junior college receiver in the country. Gardner is considering Arkansas, Florida State and LSU
Top 3 I believe are: (1) Arkansas 2/3 LSU FSU
Courtney Gardner is a name college football fans need to know. As Josh Newberg recently reported, the 'Noles offered the JUCO receiver. He has over 14 offers, from some big name schools like LSU, Auburn and Arkansas. Gardner is a big-bodied wide receiver at 6'3 and 215 pounds, while also having outstanding speed running a reported 4.37 40-yard dash. Simply put, he is a physical specimen. Originally from Louisiana, Gardner moved to Reno, Nevada where he went on to play football at Hug High School. He was a multiple sport athlete who dominated in track as a long jumper, winning the 4A-state meet with a 23'5.5" mark. He's now at Sierra Community College in Rocklin, California
How did you first learn about your FSU offer?
I was talking to Florida State's Offensive Coordinator (James Coley) and Florida State Wide Receiver Coach Lawrence Dawsey.
Yes, I will be there next Friday. (December 16th)
Yes, Arkansas is my top school since they've been recruiting me the longest. Florida State is in the top 3.
I have Florida State on the 16th, and Arkansas is this week or the first week in January.
I don't have a date set for my decision. I will be taking all five of my official visits before deciding on a school
I'm looking to see how they use their playmakers. It doesn't have to be a pass happy offense as long as they get the ball to their playmakers.
Well at the college level I think Clemson's Sammy Watkins. In the NFL my game resembles A.J. Green and Julio Jones.
I will be coming in June.
Here is a breakdown of Courtney Gardner from my evaluation of his film:
The first thing you notice about Gardner is he is a man among boys in what is one of the top JUCO leagues in the country (Valley Conference). Extremely explosive and fluid for a size receiver, Gardner resembles Oklahoma State receiver Justin Blackmon. Shows he can outrun players with BCS speed(:31 second mark in film). Gardner's size and speed make him a legitimate deep threat at the next level. Looks like he is running angry when he catches the ball. Shows this same aggression when blocking. Does a great job of making the first man miss. Shows the ability to make the acrobatic catch and does a good job of attacking the football while it's in the air. Gardner will out-muscle smaller corners and run away from bigger ones. Has the potential to become one of the top vertical threats in the country next year, and don't be surprised if he is also used as a kick returner. Physically, he's good enough to crack any starting lineup in the country. The sky is the limit for Gardner.

Urban's impact on recruiting is staggering.
- 5* DE Noah Spence is visiting in 2 weeks. We weren't in the picture for him before Meyer's hire... now we're most likely going to be his only official, and if it goes well like expected then expect a verbal at the Under Armour game.
- 4* OL Jordan Diamond is visiting this weekend. We were in the picture with him before Urban's hiring, but he was thought to be headed to either Michigan (although that changed in the past month or so) or an SEC school. He loves Urban and there's a very good chance we snag him.
- 4* DE Sevon Pittman (MSU commit) will likely visit soon (Possibly this weekend). Will probably flip if he visits.
- 3* DE/OLB Jamal Marcus will be visiting soon as well. Meyer loves this kid, and his film is very Shazier-esque.
- 4* WR Joel Caleb pretty much wasn't considering us before last week. Came in for an official visit this past weekend and loved it. We're #1 for him right now.
- Stemmed the tide with 5* RB Brionte Dunn, and some even say we lead now.
- Guys that are likely coming in for visits: 5* DE Dante Fowler (FSU commit), 5* DE Darius Hamilton, 4* OL Taylor Decker (ND commit), 4* OL Kyle Dodson (Wisconsin commit), 4* WR Cyrus Jones, 4* CB A.J. Leggett, 4* WR Devonte Neal
- All current commits will be honored as well.
And that's just with 2012. Thanks to the work of Fickell and staff, plus the effort's he's putting up, 2013 is shaping up to be an epic class as well. But the fact that he could very well salvage this class and turn it into at top 10 one considering where we were a couple of weeks ago is amazing.
FWIW, Nevada and Bill Greene (Aka The Bank) think we end up with the following:
- Pittman
- Spence
- Diamond
- Dodson
- Caleb
- Marcus
- JonesComment

Leggett situation is weird.
I don't think he can get in anywhere by Marshall or some other school that will admit a partial qualifier on a probationary period. Kid went to four schools in as many years has a low core, but high ACT score. Some are saying there is no way he gets through a clearinghouse. *shrugs*Comment

I don't really want him anyways. Not saying that he's not a great talent because he is, but corner is not a need for us and with limited schollies we need to go after need (I.E. OL).
Sidenote - Brionte Dunn visiting Columbus on an official this weekend.Comment

Last night 4* MSU commit Se'Von Pittman switched to Ohio State.
And tonight 5* RB, and tOSU soft verbal Brionte Dunn reaffirms his commitment. He was scheduled to visit Michigan, and two weeks ago was considered gone but Urban worked his magic again.
