This must not be a PPR fantasy based league.

Only 11 of the top 25 have won a Super Bowl...interesting.

I have been picking Reggie Wayne in the 2nd round for almost 5 years now...he is my favorite fantasy receiver. Sucks as his production is slowing down finally...

I always draft him, he's great value. If he's having one of his "low production years" I typically find somebody to replace him. Last year I didn't get him, and he had 1100 yards 6 TDs. But last year was also my best WR year so far. I had Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne, and ended up with TO for the late pick. I also added Mike Williams in FA, so it was a great year.

A couple years ago I had him when he had 900 yds and 6 TDs. Not that good, but I found Miles Austin in a early season trade. Worked out great.

The year before that I got him way late in the draft, like last round late, and he had 1000 yds and 6 tds.

I got him for such a great deal that year because the year before he had 800 yds and 3 TDs, he wasn't that good. In this same season that Santana was average, I had Derrick Mason 1000 5 tds, Braylon Edwards 1300 16 TDs, and TJ Whosurmomma who had 1100 and 12 tds.

Long story short, he's always worth drafting in the late rounds. He's great value for the position he's always available in, which is almost always mid-to-late rounds.

Some of those seasons when Randy Moss scored in the mid to high teens in touchdowns were huge. I also enjoyed having him in the 2007 season- 98 catchesm 1493 yards and 23 touchdowns.

Also, you've got to give props to Wes Welker from a PPR view- three straight seasons of 100-plus catch seasons. He's an extremely valuable receiver in that format.

As I said before, this must not be a PPR list. I think this list changes up quite a bit in a PPR format.
