Cardinals secondary still sucks. Peterson got lit up last week, granted one of the bombs to Smith wasn't his fault. And We're still having a hard time stopping any tight end in the passing game, that's not good. Blown coverages, bad press, and just getting beat on many plays. I wouldn't be surprised to see us rank in the bottom 5 in yards against again.

However I saw a few nice things in the game. Doucett came alive, had a few receptions- including the 70 yard TD. The best part of the game was Beanie Wells. I'm trying not to get to excited, afterall it was the Panthers but he looked fantastic out there. Had a lot of north/south running and was running physical between the tackles, gaining extra yards.

Levi Brown and Brandon Keith got their asses handed to them yesterday.

Why didn't they run the ball more in the first half? Beanie was beasting in the second half.

I'm not going to panic yet, but the defense doesn't really look that much different now than it did under Pendergast and Davis. Undisciplined and getting gashed by the run at will.

It feels good to have a QB worth a damn again. I thought we had it in the bag on the last drive before Stuckey fumbled.

The bubble has officially burst. What a terrible loss.

Kolb has turned into Captain Checkdown. Dumping the ball off left and right. He didn't seem to have much faith in the pass protection holding up either.

Still can't finish strong. Same ol' Cardinals.

They HAVE to beat the Vikings next week. Going 1-4 into the bye week is unacceptable and pretty much the end of the season.

On a positive note, Beanie, Larry, and the run defense did work yesterday.

Yea, it's definitely back to the way things were. Defense is lost (mostly the secondary), they're worn out in the 4th.

Beanie ran it well yesterday..I liked seeing that. And Larry...well...he's Larry.

I liked seeing Carter get the forced fumble on Eli..good to see him making some plays with the opportunities the coaches are giving him.
