I believe him as far as I can throw him about not being drunk. So he's out celebrating his wife's birthday at a BAR and he wasn't drinking? Riiiiight.

I remember after he was arrested for like the third time there was a thread over at MM. I was one of the people that said there was zero chance he would ever turn his life around.
