Jets hire former Colts OC Tom Moore

It's really bizarre to me how a lot of Indy's good coaches keep retiring or taking on a lesser role only to pop up on different teams. First it was Howard Mudd joining the Eagles, now Moore with the Jets. Plus there was another positional coach who was fired after 20 years. Caldwell doing a good job of running people out.

Indys coaching staff full of a bunch of retards now.

I'm not going to throw coyer under the bus yet.

Dungy wasn't a joke for a coach and had build a solid defense over there in Tampa Bay but was never able to build anything close to resembling that in Indianapolis. Until the philosophy changes Indianapolis is always going to have issues on the defensive side of the ball.

As for the Quarterback coach turned OC - lets be serious, how hard does anyone think this guy is working?

I personally think that these changes have more to do with Chris Polian taking over his father's duties more so than Caldwell trying to run out the old staff.
