    I absolutely agree, Obst. Seriously.
But I don't think what the Broncos are doing right now is designed to win ... they're doing it to embarass Tebow, and it's back-firing, because he's winning.

Why would a team deliberately embarrass their own players? If a coach doesn't win games he eventually gets fired, it doesn't serve his best interests to sabotage his own team.

Elway and John Fox have nothing invested in Tebow. They don't care about his success, and IMO, Elway doesn't like Tebow's popularity.

They ran 55 times and still averaged 4.4 yards per carry. Why would Tebow be needed to pass the ball 20+ times if the run game was working. They were chewing up clock and did enough to win. I'm sure Tebow isn't embarrassed with another win under his belt. BTW the same guy they are trying to embarrass was allowed to pass 39 times against the Lions and 21 times just last week.

They've tailored a game plan to suit his skill set, and he is 3-1 as a starter. He has one turnover, and has produced 9 TD's.

I'd say the Broncos have done a fantastic job exemplifying his strengths, hiding his weaknesses, and putting him in a position to succeed.

A credible NFL QB is someone who helps his team win games. He is a different kind of player, and they are experimenting and seeing if he can win with what he brings to the table. So far, so good. Will it sustain? Who knows.

They had to throw 39 times vs. the Lions. The game was a blowout.
21 times in today's NFL is a joke. The game is 60/40 pass/run on a conservative day.

dave, seriously, i'm going to say this, and i'm going to be nicer than the other guys will be.

You have no idea what you are talking about on this topic. You just don't. You sound incredibly foolish.

Answer this honestly - do they see Tebow as their 2012 QB? Even after going 3-1?
                  Of course they don't.
This offence is simply a move to embarass him and move on.

The only caveat is the kid actually won 3 of 4. They didn't expect that.

You should watch the game, not just look at the stats.

                      WTF are you talking about?

You do whatever it takes to win, if that means 70 passes fine, if it means 8, fine.

                      Are you nuts?

So they didn't have to pass a lot today? Correct?

I have Sunday Ticket. I watch all the games, and have been particularly interested in Tebow ... as a long-time Bills' fan who feels Flutie's pain.

If they wanted to embarrass the 48% career passer, they would drop him back 35 times per game.

His worst performance (Lions) was the game where he threw the most!

                            dave, seriously, are you drinking?

He had to throw the most ... they were getting killed. And you can't put it all on him (clearly, he deserves some blame) but the D gets some here too.
