I don't think "Tebow pulling it out" was part of the gameplan, but the kid brought it when they needed it most. What else can you say?
Maybe the Broncos game plan should have been to let Sanchez be on the field for as long as possible and give Tebow one drive in the 4th quarter.

They would have won by 20+.

But there's always the antithesis that the reason the defense played so well was because they weren't on the field for very long.

If you guys really think Quinn or Orton is winning these games at all let alone in more impressive fashion you're kidding yourselves.

Curious to see how many of you have seen more than 2 Denver games this season.
Pffft, MIA sucks! Do it against a real team!

Pffft, OAK sucks! Do it against a real team!

Pffft, two time AFC championship game participants JETS suck! Do it against a real team!

        (Beats NE)

Pffft, do it against the '85 Bears or '75 Steelers!

Don't bother dude, nothing counts in this league unless its against PIT, NE, or GB.

You're misunderstanding me. They can't just have 4 wideouts spread out over every play. He's gotta have tight ends and fullbacks in there too because they bring guys in from all different directions. Having 4 guys running back and forth trying to create separation from NFL secondaries can't work - which is why he's barely thrown the ball.

What I'm saying is that Urban Meyer's playbook wouldn't stand a chance and that Denver will have to be more creative than that. They're doing a half-decent job so far against middle-of-the-road teams. We all saw what the Lions did.
Have you even watched the last four or five games? I can tell by this synopsis that you haven't.

Look, this offense will have games where it works really well (vs KC, 244 yards, only needed to pass 8 times), but they will also have games where they look like shit and can't move the ball (last night). But the advantage to running this is you keep the clock moving and limit mistakes. Jets were starting every drive inside the 20. Everyone was saying LOL Tebow during the game, but they were keeping it close and winning field position.

But it wasn't the '85 Bears, and they scored a defensive TD, so LOLTEBWO he sucks. Amazing.

I find it funny that we're still discrediting Tebow after last night, when Sanchez looked patently awful. Where's the "LOL Sanchize" thread? At least Tebow can run, what the fuck does Sanchez even do, anyway?

You're a fucking retard old man. It's great the Jets made the AFC championship in 2009, that's really relevant during their dysfunctional 2011 campaign. Truly it is.

On what planet is a 44.8% accuracy good? 141 yards per game? sacked 10.7% of dropbacks? 78.4 rating?

              Dead last across the board.

He puts together one or two drives out of 10 a game. congrats, he's a fucking hero.

This is exactly what I mean.

The Jets weren't TEBOWNED. They lost to the BRONCOS.

And I love how the measuring stick is now the best teams in the league. What an odd standard. DEN was 1-4 pre Tebow, and now its all about beating GB & PIT. I'd say that's progress. I'm waiting with my thumb up my ass for people to say "pffft Bradford, let's see him beat the Packers", meanwhile I'm still waiting for him to beat SEA.

I'm willing to give Tebow credit. He's winning games. At the end of the day, that's what matters. I still think he's a pretty terrible QB (at least in the traditional sense) but so long he's winning games, that matters nil.

I think Tim Tebow is a fine quarterback

The Broncos are beating non playoff teams with Tebow. Barely.

                              This is what I'm missing?

Lets see how long this works. It's been 5 games.

Tebow is the definition of a team player. So I stick to my guns. Tebpwned.
