Another guy to stretch the field.

Doesn't really mean much if we can't get our O-line troubles together.

Like the value though, giving a 4th rounder up for an instant impact player. Not to mention we will most likely get a 4th rounder in return for losing LeRon McClain in the FA.

Agreed. Even if Evans fails miserably, I don't think you could say it was a bad trade.

No more excuses for Joe Flacco I'd say.
Finally back after a 3 year hiatus!

          1. Flacco doesn't make excuses, He's lost to the AFC Champs 3 years in a row.
          2. How would Lee Evans make the team so much more better that he pushes them over the top?

What was Buffalos logic in this one? He in a contract year?

I wouldn't call it no more excuses. This isn't a top flight wide receiver they're getting. This is a guy who has the potential to help a team out, but doesn't make everyone say WOW! SUPER BOWL!

Apparently they just really like Brad Smith.

Evans has two years left on his deal.

But dont they need all the talent they can get? Makes no sense to me. Smith, Johnson and who else?

Roscoe Parrish and David Nelson (a UDFA they are high on) as far as I know. Their receiving core is similar to the St. Louis Rams. No name guys, but some they have young guys with upside.

I don't particularly like the trade for the Bills considering Stevie Johnson might be a one year wonder and the talent behind him is questionable, but Gailey might enough confidence in the new guys to give them a shot.

He's prob the second best QB on the roster.

                        Brad Smith > Tyler Thigpen

So that's where Brad Smith is...heh...

he's nothing more than a 4th WR though...

Makes it even more of a head scratcher.

They were fine last year and Lee Evans didn't even see the ball that much. He was a deep threat here and there and that's it. Stop acting like this is a huge head scratcher.
