With the way money is moved around and allocated for specific years these sorts of list don't really mean much. Yes, this year McCoy may be in the top 10, but years down the road he may not even be in the top 50. This is why players holdout at the end of their contracts, yet in the beginning they're typically paid very well. Its not as if these guys make this amount every year like NBA players.
