its more about how good the teams have been since then, than it is about how bad the teams are right now, the worst teams since 99.

I realize that, but I don't get how you can make that statement right now. Shoot, at the end of the season I may end up agreeing with you, but why don't we wait until the end of the season to make that judgement.
