Looked like a grown ass man against the Eagles. Only three catches, but when his hands were on the ball, he got his money's worth. Don't know if anyone saw the catch, but Nnamdi's gotta' be wishing he was back over in the AFC West after that one.

I'm not pressing panic quite yet. If you know the Eagles, you know coming into the season that our line is fucking horrible and we have the smallest D in the league. When SJax broke that first run, all I could say to my buddies was "hate to say I told you so". Until our defense plays bigger, we'll get killed on the run. Also, Kelce was having a lot of trouble getting the snap off in time... that's inexcusable. Once he has a few games under his belt and he's not so concerned with just snapping the ball, maybe our line could perform.

Trent and Babin were the only positives on our defense yesterday.

Agree totally, rules are killing them.

QBs are now embarrassingly free to do what they want without fear of getting him. The next step in the NFL's development is to give QBs red jerseys. Its coming. Wide Receivers basically have free reign to run routes and if they are touched anywhere outside of 5-yards, you are getting flagged.

Pretty easy to understand why passing numbers are out of this world right now and why the spread offense is integrating itself into the NFL. You'd be silly to not to with how easy it is for quarterbacks to succeed.

Unrelated to Victor Cruz burning Nnamdi.. which really is remarkable, and evidence of this notion that you should never throw at these top CBs, who are more then capable of being burned if you just fucking go at them. But unrelated to that.. Michael Irvin has absolutely completely lost his mind as a human being, his rants are borderline hysterical, and crazy entertaining.. im fully expecting one of the best live television meltdowns in history from him sometime this season.
