Vick Upset About the Lack of Calls

Vick needs to start throwing his receivers open instead of waiting for them to get open. When he shows that he can do this, he can start bitching. You can't pussy foot around in the pocket waiting for your receivers to make moves without expecting to get your ass handed to you. If he could lead a receiver into an open area in the field, then he'd have no problem with getting sacked all the time.
Hopefully Vick will play on Sunday, if not I'd love to see what Vince can do now that his hamstring is better. Fuck Kafka.sigpicComment

Before we start breaking out the violins for poor Tony Romo, for the majority of his career his line has been stocked with pro bowlers and all pros.
But you're right, he hasn't complained. But he's never really played behind a bad line before, so let's see what happens as the year goes on.
Yeah, those All Pros were doing a fantastic job blocking for Drew Bledsoe and Vinny Testaverde before him, and Brad Johnson, Jon Kitna, and Stephen McGee in the cases where their play has been so piss poor it's cost the guy games.
His mobility and circus-like improv made those overpaid slobs look better than they ever actually were. Not one of those players was All-Pro caliber. Not. One. The only one who could've made a case was Gurode from 2007-2008, and even then he was putting the ball over Romo's head.
At least this line's excuse is that they're a bunch of kids. They at least have the potential to get better along the way.
Permitted Romo doesn't rupture his spleen first.

Yeah Romo makes everyone, EVERYONE, including his line look better than they really are and hes been doing it his whole career as Dallas starter.
On topic... I dont care about Vick but since last season it just looks like he gets blasted much harder than any QB in the league and I dont think for one second its because hes a running QB.Comment

Cutler has been getting killed in Chicago for 3 years. Show me where he went to the media and whined. Show me where he yelled at Tice. You're just making shit up at this point.
Cutler barely talks to the media at all...ever....let alone goes crying to them.
Add to this if there is a QB in the NFL who deserves the chance to throw his team under the bus, it's Cutler. His OL and WR's are a fucking joke. He's never once thrown a teammate under the bus. I can't recall one instance of him "whining" to the media, and I definitely don't recall him yelling at his OL coach while here.
Proof or STFU
Quit being an ignorant faggot.Comment

lol... seriously? they showed him on the siderline last week screaming at his coaches and he always cries about being hit saying gay shit like he doesnt know if he will make it throughthe year. eat a a dick FT.

He was ripping into his QB coach. Not his OL coach. Do you even know who Mike Tice is or what he looks like?
And damn straight he was pissed. He was getting killed. Brady, Manning, Romo, all yell at teammates etc. For god sakes Romo was doing it last night, in the middle of the damn game.
What did Cutler say about it after the game? Nothing.
Want to see a dick QB? Manning actually got pissed at an OL for missing too much time for the birth of their child.
For god sakes you're an idiot.
For someone to come into a thread and invoke Cutlers name when referencing whining to the media when Cutler barely ever talks to the media, especially after the offseason he just had and he said barely a word..is laughable on about 100 different levels.
"always"?
Really.
Name the instances.
I can name one...
This is Cutler "whining"?
Still raspy-voiced from a kick to the throat and beatdown by the New Orleans Saints defense, Bears quarterback Jay Cutler rapped twice on a lectern when pondering whether he could make it through the rest of this season with this type of punishment.
“I don’t know,” Cutler said. “I don’t know.”
What did he follow that up with?
"I'm not worried about it," he said. "We're 1-1. There's still a lot of football to be played. If this continues, then obviously we're gonna have a problem. We're gonna have to address it. But I'm looking forward to this game. I know the guys are gonna bounce back, as will I."
LOL at Cutler answering a question in a post game press conference "whining".
You're such an ignorant fag it's astounding.Comment

Peyton Manning. A tough guy and perfect teammate
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQtX6dm2KG8"]Peyton Manning goes crazy [FULL CLIP] - YouTube[/ame]
Manning is also known for lighting into his line when things go awry. "For a guy who doesn't get sacked a lot, you don't want to hear it when he does," says Meadows, who left the Colts after the 2003 season and retired in 2007. Meadows says that during the 2000 season he was diagnosed with pneumonia on a Monday and had lost 14 pounds by the time he was able to practice again that Friday. Still ailing, Meadows managed to play that weekend. But after the team lost at New England, Manning ripped his performance: "We're paying you to be better than that."
Anecdotes like those are usually marshaled to demonstrate Manning's competitiveness and will to win. He makes up with teammates afterward, buying presents for his linemen and hugging and thanking them after the Colts' next success, as he does with Saturday in the 2005 video. What has rankled teammates in the past, though, is an insensitivity to life beyond football. Meadows says that he and Manning were close during the quarterback's first two years in the NFL. Then the lineman had his first daughter; he didn't want to talk protection schemes or stay late to watch film. When Meadows left practice early to attend the birth of his second daughter, he says Manning asked why he couldn't have babies in the offseason.Comment

One of the most common fallacies when it comes to the career of Tony Romo is that he has had a line stocked with All Pro talent, much less above average talent.
Yeah, those All Pros were doing a fantastic job blocking for Drew Bledsoe and Vinny Testaverde before him, and Brad Johnson, Jon Kitna, and Stephen McGee in the cases where their play has been so piss poor it's cost the guy games.

Trent Dilfers dumbass made a good point about a hit on matt Ryan that was missed during last weeks game. Vick is going to get hit more as he can keep plays alive for a lot longer and he has a shitty OL.
LOL at Cutler complaining after every time he is hit.
Clearly you've never watched a Bears game.Comment

Leonard Davis was a bust in Arizona and a slow-footed waste for all but two years in Dallas. If he's so fucking great, how come no one has even bothered to call him since Garrett cut him?
Flozell Adams was a major disappointment until 2004, and while his game got much better that year, it was hardly what you would call All-Pro. There was a point in his career where he could be considered Top 5-ish, but that was as good as it got for the master of the false start.
Romo's play masked the line's deficiencies for four years. The proof lies in how they played when he wasn't there.
Fuck outta here trying to act like you know more about those lineman than I do.

Really? Consecutive Pro Bowl selections for all three of these players would tell me they would be pretty close.
Which was 2 years before Romo became the starter. But I'm sure the rest of your argument will make more sense...
The only one "acting" like they know anything around here is you.Comment
